The Sekong, Sesan and Sre Pok are trans-boundary tributaries of the Mekong. The 3S Rivers, as they are collectively known, support the livelihoods of 3.5 million people living in Cambodia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.

As the Asian region develops, the 3S rivers continue playing a significant role in the economic growth of the basin.
